Equine Motorcoach On Display at the Syracuse Sporthorse Tournament Featuring the 125th National Horse Show

(Syracuse, Ny.) - The unique all-in-one motorized luxury RV and horse transport, Equine Motorcoach, is on display this week at the Syracuse Sporthorse Tournament featuring the 125th National Horse Show in Syracuse, New York. The Tournament, which runs from October 29 to November 2, 2008, also includes national and junior/amateur-owner jumpers as well as junior, amateur-owner, green and regular hunter divisions, along with the ASPCA Maclay National Championship in equitation.

"We are delighted about exhibiting at this horse show," said Bob Wiegand, who displays and sells the Equine Motorcoach.  "We are especially pleased that the U.S. Gold Medal Show Jumping Team will be honored and that we will be reunited with many of our National Horse Show friends."

The team will make their first and only public appearance together since the Olympics. Equine Motorcoach was the presenting sponsor for the United States Equestrian Team Show Jumping Selection Trials earlier this year along with Hong Kong Tourism. Equine Motorcoach debuted at the 2007 National Horse Show.

"News spreads quickly prior to our arrival at horse shows due to the quality of this transport vehicle for horses and people," said Wiegand. "It is definitely an attraction at these horse shows and the horse community is talking about it."

Billed as "The New Breed Of Luxury", Equine Motorcoach is designated as the official horse transport vehicle of the United States Equestrian Federation. The horse transport area accommodates up to six horses comfortably, while providing an air-ride to ensure that the horses are ready to compete as soon as they arrive at a horse show.

"Competitors, owners and trainers alike claim that 'this is the wave of the future,'" said Wiegand. "They tell us that this will change the way horses will be transported. It is also a great way for the people who care for and train the horses to live on the road."

In just seconds, the versatile lounge converts into a queen suite fit for royalty. A combination of upper bunks and a full size bed over the cab bring the sleeping accommodations up to six. The larger standard table makes dining an elegant experience. Waterford Crystal, engraved china, and sterling silver flatware enhance the luxury and elegance of Equine Motorcoach.

Fully equipped with an AM/FM/CD player complete with an iPod port, satellite TV, and Xbox 360, Equine Motorcoach continues to make an extended stay pleasant and enjoyable. Wine storage, stainless steel sinks, dishwasher, electric cook surface, convection microwave and built in television are just the beginning of what can be expected from Equine Motorcoach.

A packed schedule of world-class show jumping competition, educational opportunities, vendors, exhibitors and children's activities are set for Syracuse's Oncenter Complex. The Sporthorse Tournament will feature the top-ranked U.S. riders and an international field of competitors will all vie for the $100,000 Budweiser World Cup Qualifier of Syracuse and the Animal Planet Sporthorse Cup (featured broadcast on Animal Planet January 10, 2009).
